Can I use my Unlimited Wash Club on multiple vehicles?

Absolutely! Use your Wash Club to wash any of your vehicles. We do not use stickers or license plate recognition. You may be logged into your account on up to two devices. When you arrive at an AutoSpa location, select “Wash Club” in the app, and then select “Start Washing” to wash whichever vehicle you are in.

How many devices can share one membership?

You may be logged in to one account on two mobile devices. If you need to adjust the active devices, you can do so once a month through the app settings.

Your monthly billing date corresponds with the day you signed up for your Wash Club plan.

How do I redeem my washes?

Accepted Answer

When you arrive at an AutoSpa location, select “Wash Club” in the app, and then select “Start Washing.” Follow the prompts to check-in to the AutoSpa location you are at. A redemption screen will display with a barcode and a wash code. You can either scan the barcode or type the wash code in.

Are vacuums free with my Wash Club?

Yes! Come by while an attendant is on-site and they will give you a vacuum token, plus a free dash wipe, and a dry towel!

How do I become an Unlimited Wash Club member?

1.     Download the AutoSpa app
2.     Select “Wash Club” on the home screen
3.     Select “Create New Account” and fill out your info
4.     Choose between the Unlimited Deluxe and Unlimited Ultimate plan
5.     Enter your payment information and select “Purchase Plan”
6.     Your Wash Club is immediately ready to use! When you are at an AutoSpa location, select “Wash Club,” and then “Start Washing” to use your washes.

No. The wallet balance is for single-wash purchases only.

In the AutoSpa app, select “Wash Club” on the home screen, and then select "Change Plan." On the next page select "Cancel Plan" in the upper right-hand corner.

What is not allowed in the car wash?

- Dual wheeled vehicles
- Lifted vehicles that are too high, 7’ maximum clearance
- Truck beds with loose items or debris
- Vehicles with external accessories (such as a cargo carrier, bike rack, etc.)

Wash codes must be used the same day they are generated. They will expire after 24 hours.
