AutoSpa Central Washington reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. AutoSpa Central Washington also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number where messages are sent.

Message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. Your wireless provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time by texting "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP", we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from AutoSpa Central Washington again, just sign up as you did the first time and AutoSpa Central Washington will start sending messages to you again.

These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors the opportunity to purchase wash club memberships, gift cards, and washbooks. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Intended Audience

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

Key commercial Terms offered to customers

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. Changing/Cancelling Order

Returns Policy

Requests for refunds must be within 30 days from the date on which the order was placed. Refunds may be requested by the purchaser or recipient by sending an email request to: help@autospacw.com.

In the case of defect, we will replace the product. If we are unable to replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped within one week. We do not offer express shipping. Please note that items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together and may be received in separate shipments

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment.

You agree to indemnify and hold AutoSpa Central Washington harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AutoSpa Central Washington, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AutoSpa Central Washington assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

Card Club Members

The AutoSpa Monthly Wash Club provides members the ability to wash their eligible vehicle 5 times per month while the membership is renewed and can be canceled at any time by visiting the customer portal or emailing help@autospacw.com. No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods for any AutoSpa Club Program. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts. AutoSpa reserves the right to cancel, amend or change the program, including but not limited to Membership fees, from time to time as necessary. By enrolling in the AutoSpa Monthly Club, you agree that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this program and that your credit / debit card associated with this membership can and will be charged one time per month (on the anniversary date) the amount associated with the price of the service plus tax at the time it was purchased. In the event of your credit / debit card being declined for any reason or expired, we will make every attempt to contact you using the contact information you have provided. Until payment is received, we reserve the right to deny any and all wash services.

AutoSpa App Club Members

By using the AutoSpa Central Washington Mobile App (“App”), you (“you” or “your”) are agreeing with Wash Central LLC (“AutoSpa Central Washington”, "AutoSpa") and the owner/operator of any AutoSpa Central Washington car wash you visit (“Operator”) to the following terms and conditions (“Agreement”):

The AutoSpa Monthly Wash Club provides members the ability to wash their vehicle up to once a day while the membership is renewed and can be canceled at any time by visiting the app. No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods for any AutoSpa Club Program. Only vehicles owned by the club member are eligible for washes. The number of devices a club member can have their account on corresponds to the number of active Wash Club plans (e.g. if a club member has one Ultimate Unlimited plan and has added a second discounted Ultimate Unlimited plan, then the club member has 2 devices available).

AutoSpa reserves the right to cancel, amend or change the program, including but not limited to Membership fees, from time to time as necessary. By enrolling in the AutoSpa Monthly Club, you agree that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this program and that your credit / debit card associated with this membership can and will be charged one time per month (on the anniversary date) the amount associated with the price of the service plus tax at the time it was purchased. In the event of your credit / debit card being declined for any reason or expired, we will make every attempt to contact you using the contact information you have provided. Until payment is received, we reserve the right to deny any and all wash services.

AutoSpa reserves the right to close due to inclement weather, holidays, equipment maintenance, and upgrades.

This agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Washington and member consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of venue of the state or federal courts located in Yakima County, Washington.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of Yakima County, Washington, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Yakima County, Washington.
